Customer information pursuant to Art. 45 of the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA/VAG)

Solvana AG is an untied insurance intermediary within the meaning of the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA/VAG). It is subject to supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and is entered in the register of intermediaries under number F01533717. Solvana AG owes a duty of loyalty to its principal and acts in the principal's interest.

At the start of the business relationship, the customer is assigned a client adviser to look after their insurance policies, who is available to them as a direct point of contact.

Training and continuing education

All Solvana AG employees entrusted with intermediation and advisory work comply with their registration obligation and have the skills and knowledge necessary to carry out their activities. They are required to complete initial and continuing training in accordance with Art. 43 of the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG).

All employees are qualified insurance intermediaries (VBV) and active members of the CICERO association, which obliges them to undertake continuous professional development.

Services & cooperation

Our foremost goal is to ensure that our customers receive optimal insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs.

To this end, we work with various insurance companies, financial institutions and pension institutions in order to be able to offer a broad range of products.

Solvana AG holds no direct or indirect participation in the voting rights or capital of any insurance company. Likewise, no insurance company or its parent company holds any direct or indirect share of the voting rights or capital of our company.

Liability

Solvana AG is liable for errors, negligence or incorrect information provided by its advisers in connection with its intermediary activities. Solvana AG holds the professional indemnity insurance required by law.

Remuneration

For providing its services, Solvana AG is remunerated with a standard market brokerage commission, which is paid by the insurer. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the insurance premium paid by the customer. The commission is included in the premiums quoted by the insurers.

Before the insurance advice begins, Solvana AG informs the customer of the calculation bases and ranges, or of the estimated amount of the expected commissions based on the available information about the customer's insurance portfolio. By signing this information sheet, the customer agrees to waive the surrender of the commission and confirms that they have been expressly informed by Solvana AG about the remuneration. On request, your client adviser will disclose the remuneration actually received.

Data protection

We store data and information required for the performance of our mandates, risk assessment and business processing. This data may be passed on to pension institutions and insurance companies. We carry out electronic transactions. In doing so, we apply data protection measures to ensure the security of your data.

By signing, the customer confirms that the appointment did not arise from cold calling but that the customer contacted Solvana AG on their own initiative, and acknowledges the information set out above.
